Character Can't Walk Indoors
Anytime I'm indoors and I stop moving I get stuck for a few seconds and have to button mash to be able to move again?

No, wired keyboard and no problems in other games including other Bethesda games.

Okay on a WIRED keyboard that's weird.

This game does have burps of interference if you've got wifi and a wireless keyboard though. That's why I asked.

Are you wearing armor? There's a known problem with indoor armor when you have vsync turned off.

It was the fact I had Vsync disabled in the Nvidia Control panel. That kinda sucks but I guess it's okay having it on.

You can leave vsync off if you limit your framerate in the Nvidia Control Panel. I've limited my framerate to my monitor's refresh rate (144) and haven't had any more movement problems.

I solved my own issue this morning. Turns out USB 3.0 ports will cause interference between the 2.4 and 2.7 bands which is smack dab where most wireless kb/mouse sets like to sit so whenever I was getting particularly big packets over my lil' wifi dongle in that port I'd completely lose control of the keyboard. Solved now with a ferrite bead clamped on the wire coming from that port.

SImply too much trouble here... I have messed around with vsync and refresh rate and edited Fallout76prefs.ini nothing has really worked - so ended up requesting a refund..

I just wait the few seconds until I'm fully loaded in. I figured this was "working as inten-.." wait, wrong game. I figured "it just works" like that.

I get that but only in power armor, fine in clothing. Noticed it has gotten worse since I put tesla coils on my T65 torso.

Check your FPS. Control issues when inside buildings can be a symptom of your FPS being too high.

Problems can start at around 170. Mine is capped at 140 for the Fallout76.exe. I play with many different PA and never have a single issue like this ever.
