No, wired keyboard and no problems in other games including other Bethesda games.
This game does have burps of interference if you've got wifi and a wireless keyboard though. That's why I asked.
Are you wearing armor? There's a known problem with indoor armor when you have vsync turned off.
You can leave vsync off if you limit your framerate in the Nvidia Control Panel. I've limited my framerate to my monitor's refresh rate (144) and haven't had any more movement problems.
I get that but only in power armor, fine in clothing. Noticed it has gotten worse since I put tesla coils on my T65 torso.
Check your FPS. Control issues when inside buildings can be a symptom of your FPS being too high.
Problems can start at around 170. Mine is capped at 140 for the Fallout76.exe. I play with many different PA and never have a single issue like this ever.
