Game Resolution Down-Scaling Problem

Anyone know a fix to the problem without you having to restart the game?! Also you can duplicate the problem if you alt-tab out of the game while it's loading.

You did not actually mention the problem.

My problem with downscaling (downsampling, nvidia DSR) which also happened in Fallout 4, is that sometimes the game launches in DSR (using 4K to 1080p) with black crush, like lower gamma. So I have to restart it and then it usually starts correctly.
I can see the black crush even on steam overlay notification so I know immediately if it started well or not.

Bizzare and annoying bug. But worth it because the game looks vastly better when downsampled from 4K then in native.

I also face a problem for half a year, but I try not to use these keys on the loading screens to avoid this, in the main menu or while in the world / game, these problems do not occur;)

The problem is I run my game at 1920 x 1080 and when I use "Alt-Tab" to switch to a different program, usually chrome or steam, it down-scales the resolution to something that my monitor doesn't natively support. Causing the game to look blurry and not allowing my cursor to go past a certain point in the menus.

When enter the game, DO NOT alt+tab while in Loading Screen.
but do it one time when loading screen finished(IN GAME, gain control of character).
Then I am be able to Alt+Tab while in loading screen, without having resolution problem.
