Looking for someone to die, so i can revive them...

So I have a question. I've been going to every Encrypted event in the hopes that I can revive someone in water. I've noticed something lately. The revive state doesn't seem to trigger anymore. They just instantly die and respawn. This worked for a couple of previous toons. Are people too quick to hit the give up button?

Hmm probably faster for them to respawn since ive tried reviving too at that event and they revived and i died. Because that assaultron attack was on me 😭

Well I often instadied when doing events. Only once during sheepsquatch event I was just downed, not instadead, other times it was instant respawn countdown without pressing anything. Best way would be to have someone team up with you and help you when you self-mine(grenade) urself after getting low health due to rads.

Has anyone actually done the one for reviving someone who's drowning (under swimming)?

The Encryptid event is a good place to find players (and in water) needing revival, almost guaranteed to find someone.
