In that case I'd be willing to buy it off another player, now realizing it's a random legendary effect.

Then there is "The Dragon", a quad-barrel rifle.

good luck, seems like no one sells shotguns.. im server hoppimg for days to find some shotguns to buy.. in that time i've already finish the reputation with the settlers for the gauss shotgun lol

Yeah I'm most likely better off just playing the game. Just gonna have to poke 'n' hope!
