Skip dialogue, get to the point

I’m more of a run and gun kind of guy, but I’m not unfamiliar rpg/mmos.

So when lil Bo Peep wants me to kill some cronies or whatnot, It would be most useful for to me to skip to my options.

-Long intro / salutations, can’t skip

-Anger mash skip

-eventually, erroneously pick fist option,

-Rage skips intensifies

-The skip is a glancing blow to the rambling. It’s best to tab out and restart the entire conversation, like some kind of groundhogs day remake.

Beautiful game, I'm excited. I know it’s dumb, just erks me a bit.

Do we know of an add on that could help?

And for the love of god, does anyone know a way to re-bind my mouse wheel?

They should add a "yes man" option like in New Vegas. Pick neither side.

Skip all you like. It might be more beneficial just to face smash your keyboard during dialogue. If you pick a benign option - all well and good. If you pick the "me smash you" option , that's fine too.

Maybe you'll have the option to get both the settlers and the raiders in roughly the same spot - either reconciliation or conflict - and then take them both out with a nuke. Go back to listening to Rose on the radio without any filthy wastelanders mucking up my private, pristine vistas with their noise and trivial concerns.

I guess another option is sabotaging their innoculation with something - more fun.

half joking aside... sadly you can cahnge the button that brings the mouse wheel interface up.. but not change it from the mous ewheel if thats what you were asking. add ons? mods? mayeb they are not supported in this game and have been known to screw up the game fro you until you get around to fixing the issue ... unsupported means the modders are using the old kit to make them and this engine is modified a bit from that version... and every update peopel who just install what the f ever coem to the froums "my games brok im fallign thru the floor i cant use my pip boy i cant pick anythign up or drop anything... and most of the time its a mod that isnt working with the updated game files... not a big deal with single player games but this aint single player. im all for mods btw 300 plus in fallout 4 and kind of stable game still lol...

as for skipping... i click and it skips... or spacebar and btw fallout 76 likes it when youre slow and gentle with the clickity click click you can soemtimes in your inventory go to fast and whoopsy youve done sold that EDC shotgun to the stupid bot again now you gotta pay it 8 times its worth to get it back... or when at a player vending machine if you see the listings as high price low price and so on down the line thats because peopel click and drag the mouse too fast and whoopsy theres goes another 1000 caps for this wood armor piece of crap...and theres no selling it back to that machine.

good lcuk and hey ive been to foundation convos are short and sweet to the point they pretty much all go the same way... youll like it up there ;)

Ofc. It's on PC, it's a first person shooter (if you so wish). The question should be why would anyone use anything else than kb/m ;)

fun fact. ive played since beta... never had a reason to lock my doors inmy camp or collectors at a workshop etc... but my current house has a hallway where i put the skinny pa station... that leads to my bedroom and scrapbox...no doors in the interior doorways... and never had an issue with people visiting... until a couple weeka back i goto my camp and want to lay down get that xp bonus...i cant there a guy working on his pa suit... i cant jump over or around.. i could remove a wall but ... i just went and mad ea bed in the middle of the common area ... guy left i did my thign and logged off to search where the heck plans fro locks are foudn as ive never ran acrost them...
yup..go on laugh it up ... totally cool with it.. i lol'd at myself as google returned LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN DUMMY...

Yes i understand we have a “skip” button, But it seems to only skip the current sentence. Like this NPC has a book he wants to tell me, and I have to skip every sentence?

Is it really that hard to press a button multiple times?

If you do find it that hard to press a button multiple times then you should quit gaming.
