PC ethernet connection crashing within minutes of being in a world.

I log into a world, and within minutes I get an error code 4 :7 0 and lose the internet access thru my ethernet for as long as 30 minutes even if I unplug the modem. I found a way to instantly regain internet by plugging the ethernet cord into my laptop (and there is a connection) and then back into my PC. I could put 100 bucks on the fact that it would happen again if I tried to play FO76. Has anyone come across similar problems? Could this be a hardware problem, and may I have to do to fix it?

there has been a lot of talk about this error over at the offical website, i HIGHLY suggest you go there and make a support ticket, steam does not offer tech support for most third party games like this.

be aware the world wide pandemic has forced even online customer support to work from home and with the new content and influx of new players not knowing things and making tickets,,,
you might not get an immediate reply....it is a known issue im having a hard time finding the topic where the community manager talked about it and suggested the supprot ticket giving the error code and other relevant info on the ticket.
