Report a translation problem
- Each player in the server will roll a chance for an item to reappear, so therotically the more players there are on the server, the higher the chance for something to appear at any given location. However the chance is only rolled when the player is in the vicinity. (Not sure of the distance.)
- The game also supposedly keeps track of the last 180 items you picked up. If you go back to an area with items before reaching that limit, the spawn chance doesn't roll. Anything past the 180 limit would probably have a chance to respawn again, but whether or not you need to server change I don't know.
However, because Power Armor parts are technically both in a container, (the frame) AND also viewable in the game world, I'm not sure if it works the same way.
