Playable without subscription and store?

Hello I maybe want to buy the game but I dont have much money atm but much time because of Corona.

My question is can I just play the game but have no disadvantages compared to players who play with subscription and the atomic store?

By that I don't mean p2w but the possibility to advance faster with the game progress if you pay money for the atomic store and a sub.

Yep, subscription is not required to play the game, nor the purchases from the atomic shop.

The stuff in the store can be bought by Atoms you earn by playing the game. I earned about 20,000 Atoms the first year it was out.

Yeah. There isn't any P2W, the store is just cosmetic and a few qualify of life things like Repair and Scrap Kits but honestly there are workbenches ALL over the place so you don't really need them. The sub is just like... a couple extra bonuses that aren't really needed either.

All the content they put out like quests, events and now even expansions is free, all you need is the base game. The game dumps Atoms on you and there are Daily/Weekly tasks to get more once the initial surge has run out and they often give out random atom shop items for free.

I don't sub and I haven't spent a dime on Atoms and I've gathered a ton of Atom Store items just by playing the game.

tl:dr: There are no disadvantages if you have zero interest in using the store or having a subscription.

Well, there will be a little disadvantage.
Subscription allows the player to use the endless box for scrap storing. It's a quality of life change, so it's up to you to decide whether it's something siginificant for you personally.
But from my own experience you won't be needing this at least for dozens of hours with proper inventory management. And maybe even never.

Most people with the subscription are playing on their private server so whatever they have really doesn't matter at all. They aren't in your game.

Small addition to that: there are also Repair Kits that drop in the game and they are much better then the ones they sell in Atom Shop. I already have like 20 of these (if not more, never checked really) and i barely use them.

None at all, just a personal world for you and your friends if you want it but really in the normal servers people tend to leave you alone and there aren't really many griefers out there. It's pretty hard to grief people in this game and most people don't wanna put in the effort which is a good thing.

There's nothing different between a private server and a public one in terms of gameplay and what content is available, it's all the same.

Nope, because certain rare items have timers. Like blueprints and plans. When you pick up one from a location you can not see another in that location until your loot timer has expired. It does not matter how many servers you hop or create.

I have played the game a lot and some months ago brought second account for both more muling space as well as easier swapping of stuff between characters. It's much better value for me that that montly fee, because EU version can be brought for 10 euros or less.

If you don't play *alot* then you will be fine with just one account and no premium. You get 5 character slots. The main advantage of premium is scrap box. When you play decent amounts or alot, the game also gives you quite a lot of atoms to decorate your house if your into that. Im not...
