Without power, other players can't use it.
You on the other hand can, you'll be placing your items to sell and if the 30 spots are filled, it'll go directly to your stash.
Aside the fact that it shows the items on sale, it acts like your normal stash when you, as the owner, uses it.
Incorrect. The only thing power does is turn on the map beacon showing where your camp is. If a player stumbles upon your camp by accident or because it is near a popular location. A player can buy things from your vendor.
If Bethesda has enabled them in game.
And power lights them up as well, without out power they are not lit up at all. Atleast that is all that I have noticed.
