Scorchbeast Queen kill doesn't seem to count in the challenge
I've completed the Scorched Earth mission several times where it ended up with the scorchbeast queen killed. I'm able to loot her afterwards. But the kill doesn't seem to count in the challenge: "Kill Different Kinds of Tough Enemies". There are usually other players in the mission too. Do you have to be the very last weapon that kills her in order to get credit for the challenge?

no but you need to do at least 1k damage in order to get credit for loot in general. No loot = no count

But I was able to get the loot, so I must have inflicted enough damage. But the question is, is that enough to be credited with the challenge? Or do you have to be the very last shot to get credit for the challenge?

That is one of the few challenges I have not been able to complete. I have killed hundreds of Scorch Beast Queens.

When you killed the scorchbeast queen, did you kill it alone?

Im not sure but i think you have to do the killing blow for the challange.
Ask the other to stop doing dmg then she is nearly dead, ask friends and do it on a private server or get a high dmg or high firerate weapon and try your luck.

I have done it on a private server in a group. It did not count.

Nobody should have to solo content designed for eight players just to complete a challenge. Even if I did solo then most likely I would only find out it is bugged liek some of the previous challenges have been.

You can solo the queen with a Good GSG (Junkies, or any with Limb Damage +50%) and 100 2mECC

As I said one of them stupidly overpowered builds. Yeah well I do not see me completely respecing just to claim 80 Atoms.

This challenge is bugged for many people, even when soloing(happened to me and many others). Don't waste more of your energy on this! Submit a ticket to help Beth investigate the issue!

It's just in this case unless you submit a video killing the SBQ it's kinda hard to prove it to support.

Before that it was the Galleria and the Cranberry Bog park area.

Yes. The support claimed that they couldn't reset challenges so they gave me 80 atoms. Just prepare some screenshots proving you have discovered those locations.
