Report a translation problem
The game will not let you enter a frame if it contains armor pieces above your level. But you can still begin collecting higher level pieces.
If you find a frame you cannot enter, transfer the pieces to your inventory. You now have many high level pieces that weigh too much on your person. Now enter then exit the frame claiming ownership of it. Transfer the high level pieces back to the frame. 90 seconds later the frame will recall to your inventory. But you only have the weight of the frame, not all of the component pieces.
Renaming is a godsend for me, since I like to collect Power Armors, yes I'm aware of the wasted STash space but I don't care, I renamed all of them 'Chassis (Armor type)' so that they stay together in stash, but are easily seperatable.
Rename is very handy when you have multiple frames. No having to shuffle them around to figure out which set it is.
