So I just got the Fancy Pump-Action Shotgun on my first claim ticket...

Are the legendary attributes randomised too? I feel like I just struck gold. Should I go play the lottery?

Sadly is not good.....there are way better perks for shotguns but keep tryng!

Does limb damage include head?

If it had VATS +crit damage as a third mod, I'd love that. I'm specced rifles but nearly always use a shotgun as it does a TON more damage in VATS (without the crit mod) and from stealth than any rifle; one shot 74 legendary creatures and everything else.

disregard that first post. That's a great roll. A shot gun with additional limb damage (this includes head) and anti armor is a great roll for a rare shotgun. A shotgun mild would benefit greatly from it

Claim tickets are what you turn in to the vendor in pleasant Valley cabins. It can be accessed through roses quest. You can roll this weapon in the scrip dealer. That one only guns you weapons you have plans for
