Bought The secret service backpack and can't use it

No, you can craft each alone. And i have the standard Backpack already.

The standard Backpack is form the scout quest, the Standard Small Backpack is found in the overseer stash at the Airport Also Yes you need the Standard Back pack blue print unlocked to be able to use the Secret Service Backpack it even says that on the page when you buy it

its a skin of the standard backpack you get the plan for from the tadpole quests.
the backpack you craft and can change its apperance.

Its not really a skin. Its a separate recipe.

That said, you'll still need to complete the 'Order of the Tadpole' quest to learn the Standard Backpack recipe before it will let you craft it. Go to any train station and you'll see a poster on the wall that will start you on it.

They really need to remove that small backpack from the game or just make it work with all the skins at this time since i see this asked so much on so many places

Guys, i have the tadpole stuff DONE. the game thinks i havent bought it and it still says i need to buy the secret service skin over the atomic shop

You need to buy the secret service armor chest piece and then equip the jet pack to its mod slot.
