Good spot to farm Handmade rifles?

Loved the weapon in F4 so wanna try get one upgraded in 76 :D any good spots to farm them for upgrades?

Buy the handmade plan put super duper perk on and craft them then scrap them is the best way to learn them

plan can be sold by many npc vendors to
Grafton: Sold by vendor bot Greg.
Harpers Ferry: Sold by vendor bot Wallace.
Watoga station: Sold by Watoga vendor bot.
The Whitespring Resort: Sold by some of the faction vendors.
and drops some times from some events

not sure if they got them 100% of the time or not tho took me abit to find it but that was along time ago be for the vendor changes



And i cant say about full auto riffles but single shot ones the list is
