Is it possible to complete Overseer's Journey quest?

I have all holo tapes and she still says come back when you have all of them.
Am I missing something?

And yes I have listened them all up.

There 17 of them as far as I remember. One will appear only after you launched the nuke for the mission.

I just finished it last night, but I had to talk to her like 5 times using the 'let me ask about your tapes' or whatever dialog option before it finally gave me the finish that quest dialog.

It is possible. I finally got around to finishing it myself a few days ago. Make sure you have them all and you can check the wiki for quest info if you need to.

Pretty sure you can't as long as you have the quest, as they will have a Diamond for the quest and shouldn't be droppable. Don't quote me as I haven't tried to drop it, but I don't think you can.

I have them all. I already checked in wiki. Launched nuke 2 times, because someone mentioned might be a bug if you launch, but teleport out of silo and not leave through doors. So launched 2nd nuke and left through exit. Going to talk more times with her, maybe that will work.

You can drop all the tapes after completing it.
You get like 300 caps and 100 script for completing the set of 18 tapes.

You can use the Atom Challenge to see the list of 17 and then you just need the Nuke launch for nuking someplace other than Fissure Prime.

I have that challenge completed to collect all tapes. Launched nuke on fisure site, launcher nuke on that whitespring and launched few nukes near huntersville to get that rear wendigo spawn. Still can't complete quest. :(

Edit: in wiki it says "the new objective once collecting all the holotapes is to speak with the Overseer herself at her new home in Sutton". So maybe objective should change to it? I still have "Follow the overseer's journey" objective.

Does that character have all 17 on that list? Challenges are account wide.

You also need the Nuke tape form Silo Alpha as previously mentioned. So it makes 18 in total.

In case you didn't, talk to Pennington at the exit of Vault 76 and ask him about the Overseer, he'll give you a tape. I realised high level that I had forgotten that tape lol
