Yeah, you really just need the Silo keycard and then look up the current code on that site.
Unless of course you want to figure it out for yourself, then you need to collect them all.

Yeah, the problem is you need to be like an amateur cryptologist to figure that crap out.

I get making it semi difficult is cool and all, but that kind of difficulty is like way over like 90% of the player base, myself included.
