Is Sweetheart's anyone else's favourite character?

I can't be the only one who has her as a fave right? Basil IS a close second, but SWH is the character who entertained me the most.

Sure, she has a huge ego, but that's what makes her fun. No-one would put extremely vain characters in games if they were purely unlikeable for the players, right? She does a perfect job of annoying the characters without annoying us.

I'm pretty sure she also has the most dialogue of anyone outside the friend group, which means you really get to see how she affects people's lives both as a star and as a regular nuisance client. As well as her... surprising origin story and family history. You probably get more perspectives on her than anyone else!

If I didn't know better, I'd've said she could've inspired Queen from Deltarune, considering Toby had a part on this game. (Or Berdly in terms of arrogance, I guess). And though she's not quite on Queen's level imo, Queen is probably my fave character in all of videogames right now, so that's VERY high standards.

So yeah, great character to me. Anyone else feel this way? I can't deny, some times I was almost rooting for her.

I feel bad for her, too! Especially because she was inspired by... well, she wants everyone around her to be perfect, and she will never be able to understand that things don't need to be perfect and she will never be able to be happy, just like her real-life inspiration!

By 'real-life inspiration', do you mean Faraway Town character? Several characters look like they inspire her, but I can't think of anyone with that personality.

Sweetheart is probably inspired by the real world's Miss Candice and her candy store. Also in the real world, there were movies featuring Sweetheart. And in the dream world, she's a donut.

she's not my favorite character since aubrey and hero take those spots, but i absolutely ADORED her area and fighting track!! i literally couldn't get enough of her battle theme, i had to search it in spotify and put it in my favs ^^
