As for transferring decks, that's not possible.
Otherwise it would be pretty hard to get cards from challenge decks (since you can only play them with custom decks). :P
You'll get all cards from the deck, eventually, just keep farming. You first get enough copies to exactly match the opponent's recipe, then you get additional cards until you have 3 copies of each of their cards, then you get only points.
If not, do you always get the recipes of the deck that they played in the match? If so, I guess I just need to battle all the Joey's until I find the copy of the Joey that plays that deck.
Fighting a single Joey on a loop won't give you his other deck recipes (nor give you cards other Joeys might use).
The recipe "Lord with Red Eyes" is Joey's deck in the duel "Fighting for a Friend".
Scrap Dragon was one my favorite additions to my Red Eye deck(s) in Duel Links. You can use it destroy the Warriors equipted to Slash to destroy any enemy card, and then just attack with more Red-Eye monsters to put the Warriors back. It's a very nice "engine", one that tends to give the deck at least a chance to "reply to" almost any threat. Playing Red-Eyes without it makes it feel very vulnerable. I know there are other cards that kill Spells/Traps/Big-monsters, but my deck can already syncro-summon level 8's, so Scrap Dragon(s) would give me a chance to deal with that stuff only by changing the Extra Deck without a single change/compromise to my main deck.
And Scrap Dragon is in the list (synchro monster, light dragon, lvl 8, 2800/2000, right?). Woohoo.
Now, let's check the AI decks and find it... Bandit Keith's challenge deck uses them, it's a "pendulum scrap" deck. To unlock it, beat all Bandit Keith AI in the campaign (first series).
Update: Got a Scrap Dragon on my 2nd game against him. (Well, 3rd if you count the one I won before I posted here and knew I was playing for a Scrap Dragon.)
