How to use this card in the game: Inferno Reckless Summon

Hi!
Trying to beat Zeal Campaign using only Story related decks, pretty good, but for some reason I cannot use card Inferno Reckless Summon in one of those matches. Enemy has one monster, I am special summoning exactly one monster with 1500 or less attack (basically every non XYZ monster Faker has) - for the love of God, cannot trigger Inferno Reckless Summon.

It's in Zexal Campaign, "A Trio's Chalenge" reverse duel.

I remember using that once or twice in the campaign, I didn't had an issue with it. It's just hard to meet the conditions to activate it. Are you sure the enemy had an face-up monster?
I really don't know how to help you otherwise. For me it wasn't bugged.

I managed to use the card, but sometimes it was not possible for me.
Why would it be so? I believe some activation bug might have occured (I play "activation by holding B"), as in it did not acknowledge a condition.
I think they are as follows:
- enemy has at least one monster face-up
- I have special summoned monster with 1500 ATK or less
- I have 3 monster cards in total

Did the monster you summoned have its attack boosted while it was on the field by Field spell, monster effect? Or was it the last copy in your deck?

No boosted ATK, I am using original story deck, no changes, there is no ATK boost to the card.
Also,maybe should have said it earlier, using SWITCH to play the game.

enemy needs face up monster, you need to SPECIAL SUMMON the monster with 1500 atk or less, it can't be already on the field, and then in the direct moment you SS in the trigger where you'd activate like normal summon/special summon effects/etc, so after negation period and summon period, immediately after, you use IRS. Has very niche uses. Not very good in modern game.
