Trauma removal?
One thing is not clear to me: you can accumulate 9 ticks of trauma. What happens and what is modified by them?
And if one of the soldiers have a named trauma in red box ( for example he got it by an in between missions Otago Event) with names such as Pyrophobya, can i remove that types if named phobyas from the marines?

Your marines gain a negative trait for every three points of trauma. Negative traits usually make them way easier to stress out, and stress makes them all sorts of bad in combat (gimping your cp, missing their shots and wasting tons of ammo, etc). Reducing trauma back below the thresholds will get rid of the negative traits.
You can remove trauma in an area of the medbay that unlocks a little later in the campaign. Your marines, when leveling up, also have a chance of gaining an attribute that reduces one trauma a day.
Thanks for the answer and if you can i have an exact another one. I saw a gameplay, finished first three mission and a marine got a negative trait/phobia xenorphybya but in the red box none of the 9 tick are filled, it was completely empty but that phobya in the place where the bad behavior perks otherwise present (that marine have no bad behavior trait)and a number of 0 is there but in the medbay at the psyhiatry section there wasn't wn option to send the marine to cure this. So if somehow you get a phobya its permanent and need to keep in check?
You'll be able to get rid of it once it gets at least 1 level - get your marine on deployment and hit 100% stress). It's kind of bugged and as far as I remember level 0 does nothing and because there are no levels of trauma, it won't show up in shrink room.

Thanks For the answers from both of you fellow Marines! :steamhappy:

If a marine has unbreakable will perk, choose exhausted over trauma. Unbreakable will nullify the effects.
