Refinery issue

So with the exception of the Marines stat bug, this has been my only main gripe so far. Having just completed the Refinery stage, I was one data pad short of 100%, so I made a return trip to the area, planning on keeping my head low and scooping up the missing pad as quietly as possible.

One problem. The data pad isn't on the 1st or 2nd floor. Meaning I must have left it in the basement, but I can't access the basement anymore, as it would seem that the explosive ending to that stage has permanently left that area unreachable now.

So now my 100% run is ruined.

There isn't even anything that pops up before triggering the final encounter to warn the player that this area wont be available anymore once you start the final fight. That's the most annoying part. At least if I'd been made aware of that, I could have held off on activating it, and made sure I'd collected everything from the area.

It happened to me as well on my first playthrough.
On my second playthrough I collected them all, but it did not matter since the achievement in it self is bugged.
That is just how it is.

Don't bother if you missed it, the archivist achievement will not unlock as it is bugged.

that's a shame, really love this game, and it's one of the few games I was bothering to try for a 100% achievement unlock on

You COULD use SAM - Steam Achievement Manager (it is safe, and it won't get you banned or anything) to manually unlock it - just look up a video on how to use it before you do. My first time I played through a game there were 2 unobtainable achievements, so I used SAM but.. I used it wrongly and RE-LOCKED every #@%! achievement... so I re-did that game - RAGE (1).

Though some people DIDN'T get that bug, it seems to depend on chance for some reason.
