Humble Failure

its now been over 12 hours since the game was release and as far as i can gather not a single person has received their key from humble while people who bought on gmg got their keys and are happily playing.. devs/steam reps would it be possible to please kick humble in the posterior and get them to expedite shipping what we paid for since humble's own support is a joke ? :D

Too bad to hear, luckily i was stupid enough buying it on steam since i forgot about the 20 percent discount :P. But my thoughts and prayers are with you. hope it arrives soon, game is worth the wait.

im usually 50/50 between humble and gmg since they seem to swap between who has the best % off of new games.. but i do believe this will be the last preorder i ever do with humble

Sometimes Humble might have the better price with their 20% discount but I never had such issues with gmg.

yeah second time i had issues with humble.. last time it took them 3ish hours to deliver the key but this is beyond ridiculous

i began the refund process for my humble order and bought it direct from steam.

i'll gladly pay 15% more (reg price) to have the game when its out..

(I'll also gladly do a CC stop payment if they refuse to cancel the preorder they failed to deliver)

Because steam is going to help you with a purchase you made from a competitor

the game was released before it was mean to, like 24 hours beforehand. so think at humble it´s still on countdown.
