Squad Commander is already annoying

Anyone already annoyed with the squad commander repeating himself every time you move your squad? EVERY TIME and its the same 5 things.
Can we either get 30 more things for him to say or just have him not say something every single time you click to move your squad? I'm on the first mission and he's already annoying! lol

Move on!
Double Time!
Hurry Up Squad!
Come on Team
Move! Move!
.....And repeat

Patch Notes :
Drastically reduced the occurrence of the squad leader's acknowledgement after an order
The "Double Time" line will not play anymore after a walk order (but for your pleasure can still be triggered by a run order)

Was just about to open a thread about the same issue, and i am on the first mission still.
There definitely needs to be a larger cooldown for each vocal movement confirmation, or an option to turn it off.

It's doubly annoying that those voice quips are somehow louder than others, like "cut that door open!".

Its a real shame the worst thing about this game is annoying voice lines and movie quotes. I really hope the devs tone done on all of this asap. Not being a AAA dev is not an excuse. Bad and annoying voice acting is bad and annoying voice acting. GAME OVER MAN. I love Bill Paxton and he is one of my favorite actors and Aliens is my favorite movie but hearing some random nameless voice actor say, "game over man" in an aliens game is not amusing. I am not even amused when I hear Hudson say it because I have seen Aliens about 157 times.

Game is pretty damn good so far. But yeah the limited barks get old, fast. Outside of combat and simply moving around it should only bark maybe 1 out of 4 times at most.

The one that really gets me is the "Double time!" even though I clicked walk.

Absolutely. I'm enjoying the game but HOLY CRAP do I want to strangle the squad lead shouting every other movement command. Seriously moving down these dark corridors, waiting to hear any movement, and then the freaking squad lead shouts DOUBLE TIME or MOVE OUT. WTF!?

Did this really not piss off the testers or Devs? We need an option to mute it, like I don't want to hear it at all. Its incredibly jarring given the ambience as well.

it kinda is annoying and i wish they said different lines when you're team is just walking and not shouting. Like, i would have my team move down a hall way and the leader be like, "Double time it!" And i'm just like "you're not double timing it anything, you're walking down a hall way, you dolt!"

Really hoping there will be voice pack mods someday. Rather hear the TF2 characters repeating themselves than this. (not saying the voice acting is bad in this game, it's good! just.... they need more lines.)

LOL, I'm so glad I'm not the only one that will purposefully tell them to WALK down a hallway then want to slap the squad leader when he yells DOUBLE TIME IT! no you numbnuts I don't want the squad to double time because that would mean running and that would alert the damn xeno hiding in that vent so shutup and keep walking you damn idiot.

I just wish there was a way to make them silent. They don't need more lines they just need to shut the ♥♥♥♥ up and shoot.
