They are right about the voice over, I was watching a stream earlier today and the squad was supposed to be stealthy but they all kept shouting orders at each other, it was really odd and immersion breaking but that has been the only downside I've seen so far.

Not sure how re-playable this will be, are there any horde modes or anything that would encourage playing it after the campaign is done?

Always be careful with IGN reviews and don't ever just go by scores. Their not a terrible source of information but a lot of their staff are writers/editors who didn't get into it because they love games. This isn't entirely a bad thing as they know how to write but it does mean their opinions can come from a place of somebody who plays games because its their job not somebody who plays games because they love them.

IGN specifically seem bad at handing off games to people who would do that game justice. You don't have to look any further than their review of Alien: Isolation to see that. I would recommend you find singular persons with whom you tend to share opinions with to follow and use larger publications as something helpful but not the end all be all.

All that said, the IGN review in question was really positive but they ran into a lot of bugs which hurt the score quite a bit. So, if you want to go by that review, that tells me to get it but wait for a patch or two.

It's from the same guys that made Battlefleet Gothic.
It's a double A studio focused in strategy games.

Alien Isolation was also rated low.

Battlefield 2042 which was an ultra bugfest at launch was rated 7.0.........

Imo you should NEVER rely on IGN reviews.

They confirmed in one of their videos that they are not paid for reviewes and never released 'paid for' review. They made official statement about this.

IGN get paid, like any other outlet, for preview content, IGN First for example. They wouldn't have lasted this long if a publisher could simply pay for a good review.

Ultrawide resolutions work but are not fully supported so the camera is zoomed in too much. Easily fixed by adding a couple of lines to the engine.ini file.
