I just googled: how to request a refund from Humble Bundle. And it took me to an FAQ page. There’s a link where you can ask for a refund. They need the order number and the email. I already got a response too.

Dlc for pre-order stuff is 3.99 on steam, Pre-order just made it free. So you can still get it if you missed out on pre-order.
