Reliable way of losing limbs?

Bit of an odd question I realise but there's an achievement for having a marine with prosthesis... however... no matter how hard I try to get my soldiers maimed they either die outright or they get concussion and survive. Is there a way to reliably get these types of wounds lol

Finish mission 4.

Go back to mission 1 go rest near and outside spot.

Go outside fire an airstrike and slightly get hit if RNG is good you will lose limbs or marine dies etc.

So savescum limb loss.

Ive got loads of troops with limbs gone...just gotta get stuck in ...close combat...I use the shotgun alot
