Just wrote a 4/5 review on Game Pass, great game.
The only thing I don´t like about this game is the saving mechanism, I am a busy bee at home and have to leave the PC often, mostly due to kids but also other real life issues, I also work at home.

In my last session I simply had to quit because my nephew was a very bad boy, prior to that I had to hurry back to the "drop ship" and forego a day in the countdown due to other issues at home. A few times I just had to quit the game and start over a mission. I really don´t like that countdown timer and could have turned it off had I known.

Otherwise it´s fun and engaging, I am liking the campaign and the combat is demanding.

Reading this, one might think that you only use autosaves.

You can save at any time by using one of the thousand restrooms. It's like pressing pause and saving the game, except you get in-game bonuses for doing so. It costs a wrench, but you'll have more than enough of those over time anyway, and there are always some lying around during the missions.

Yeah, I found out about that somewhat very late, never noticed the "save" message until yesterday. I do feel a bit silly.
