ARC = no restoration at all, just a glorified transport/teleport

I find it weird that transporting around in the ARC doesn't improve stress/help of your party, especially travelling across the map. The ARC is nothing but a teleport/stationary gun. :( Was hoping there was mods for it but sadly, nope. Fun game though, been out a year and only knew about it now.
