Rogue trader is turn based, this is much less spectacular and fun.
But if there was mod support for A:DD, I'm pretty sure some guy would be able to swap Colonial Marines with Astartes and Xenomorphs with Tyranids. Remodel the pulse rifle into bolter, flamethrower into heavy flamer, etc.
If you move outside of that setting, the gameplay doesn't mesh terribly well with most Astartes chapters, IMO. They don't do stealth as a rule, and they Have No Fear, they bring plenty of ammo, so what unique parts of A:DD would remain?
At a minimum, if you insist on a 40K corridor crawling game, ditch the Astartes and use other factions (IG, Inquisition (Ordo Xenos?). Mechanicus, etc.).
Also, I don't see how an A:DD mod be better than, say, a Dawn of War 2 mod (also squad based)?
If you want a good squad based WH40k game, I recommend Chaos Gate Daemonhunters. You control the Grey Knights and an execution squad (assassins, introduce some stealth elements) in a campaign vs Nurgle. It is turn based though, not real time.
