your soldiers don't level up past 4 in training

I just found this out, do you all know this? because I don't see this written anywhere in the game that my soldiers cannot progress past level 4 in training, unless i'm blind.

Yes the game does NOT explain this and UI even lies about high lvl marine training.

Training is capped at lvl 4 exp 1.

So once that is reached you should manually stop intensive training as there is NO benefit only downside of exhaustion.

And do not send higher lvl soldiers to training no matter what the UI says.

I think immune to tired perk soldiers are also immine to exhaustion from intensive training and events.
