Heavily Wounded Coma vs unconscious marine status

The codex is not clear on the mechanics of wounded marines and their status. As an example when I was playing before once a marine reached 0hp they where either killed or in a coma. If in a coma they could be revived using the Medic's renanimator kit.

Now I find marines who are displayed as Marine Down in the HUD but do not have Coma status indicated above them. In this case the Medic's reanimator kit cannot be used to revive them and they must be carried.

Is this a heavily wounded status without coma or limb loss? That is an unconscious status where marines cannot be revived using the kit?

since you are making sure they not missing limb sort of deal, assume you also making sure you never forgetting that you need a medic resource and indeed have the medic with the talent too do that at all times.

I think it is a bug. Normally the marine will have the Coma icon displayed above their panel.

I remember i had a marine down on 2 hp with a concussion. Cant say I remember if i had the medic with the defibs when i healed him.
