BUG? Mission Find a way into Tantalus lab

The first problem is the elevator to the lab, many times it doesn't work, forcing to start the whole mission again.
Second: In the lab, after activating the camera that frames the queen, the second terminal (which should open the second door of the room) is not operational, so the mission does not continue.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

We are sorry for the issues you are experiencing.
The problem of the elevator not working to descend into the lab is a known problem with the developers and they are working on the resolution of the problem.
It should be possible to solve the problem in this way while waiting for a next patch:

1. Reload a save before taking the elevator to the second floor for the first time.
2. Take the elevator and validate the objective by entering the enemy room.
3. Kill all enemies present.

From this point on, the next objectives up to the elevator should validate correctly, allowing you to descend into the lab.

Hello, has anyone used a tactical drone to open the door at the Command Room Level during the beginning of the mission when you have to go to the upper floor?

Even after the path in begining of August the problem is not solved, i.e. I can not activate the console to open the doors... I even started the game again on the lowest difficulty level and when reached this moment still the same...

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Before (and following) the latest patch I was not able to use the elevator up to the SatCom room.

I was able to solve this issue following the latest patch.

My mistake was that I always used my recone drone to investigate the territory to the next APC point.

Then I took my crew and drove to this part - this is not possible anymore with the latest patch, allowing the game to pass a trigger event and stop to be in ambush mode.

So, walking through this xenomorph infested canyon was the solution to get the first elevator to work.

Currently, I am unable to get the elevator down to the lab working - I am again stuck in an ambush mode, but I am optimistic to find a solution.

This is the solution.

Got the issue because I've killed enemies in the SatCom room BEFORE entering (sentry guns and drone to open door) and got softlock for the lab, elevator not working.

I've restart the whoie mission because trying again and again prevent to load before entering the room. Entered the room and killed everyone, then everything went fine with the elevator for the lab.

Just found another way to break the softlock (for getting into the elevator for the first time).

Simply return to the APC, select squad extraction and then cancel this before the last marine enters the APC - Worked for me just now.

Its possible that its something to do with the drone since that is damaged and off to an area inaccessible, so I cannot use it or repair it anymore.
