Check other threads with bugs, crash, issue type of titles. I and others shared a lot of solutions which may help in your situation.
Try to set your PC to one monitor only at 1080p. Perhaps non standard resolution or using two monitors for different apps at the same time cause your issues.
Also what hardware do you have?
Yeah So i went ahead and disconnected my second monitor and changed to windowed mode and honestly i got a a good hours worth of game-play before testing my luck a bit and slightly increasing the size by dragging the corners to fit the screen better. At that point after a few minutes the signal on my monitor was lost again.
I tried again in windowed mode this morning without adjusting anything and got about 10 minutes in before it happened again. I feel like it helps a little but im still having to ultimately hard reset my PC which probably isn't healthy.

Limit a framerate to 60 and set resolution to 1080p.
Also make sure that your components are not overclocked (including memory sticks in bios).
Do you have any unnecessary software running while you play games?
Yeah Iv'e tried limiting it to both 60 and 144 as well as changing the resolution to 1080, didn't help unfortunately
I have a similar spec with worse CPU 3700X and the game runs ok on it. Perhaps one of your components is flawed.
Perhaps
i played some other games to make sure its just an issue with aliens, ive come across no problems so far which is is good but also annoying because now i just have to wait for an update and cross my fingers.
