Dead hills mine shaft elevator bug - quite a problem

Seen the topic before after looking for it experiencing it myself. Elevator can't be activated to enter mines, and nothing I did aside from re-installing or completely starting from scratch seems to work.

I do NOT want to start all the way from scratch again especially considering this bug seems to show up in more levels for other people as well.

A real shame, because other than that, I was enjoying the game so far. Now I'm hardlocked out of the rest because of a problem that seems common enough to exist in several topics, but hasn't been properly resolved either.

Same here. I re-entered my APC since a few threads speak of an APC elevator, but there is no APC destination on the Old Mine elevator.

For me, the entirety of the elevator is utterly inert - nothing to interact with. I **should** be able to interact with the elevator console inside said elevator, but nothing.
