BUG: Finding Cassandra objective on the Refinery is bugged
'Kill the guardians to open the bulkhead' in the main mine is bugged for me. All the guardians are dead, but the bulkhead won't open, and my only saves is after the guardians are all gone.

Critical progress bug right there,

Yeap I've seen other people report this as well, that's the downside of doing ironman in a buggy game, orherwise you could've reloaded start of mission.
