Chitin Kevlar Plates upgrade bugged?
am I missing something?

I unlocked this upgrade, went on a mission and my squad still has 2 points of armor?

Did you apply it during the load-out phase?

whatever you unlock in the lab you have to apply during loadout by paying extra 2 samples every time if you want to use it
