Problem with starting a mission

don't know if i'm doing something wrong or the game is build that way...
if you finish expedition and go back to base you have to wait 6 days before going again? but if you wait those 6 days plague on the planet will rise a level
It says " you have to wait a DAY to go on a mission"
but i have to wait 6 days... not a day

everybody is fine, and still i cant lunch mission

That's weird, normally you only have to wait 1 day after an expidition. Unless you lose a deployment due to an event the next day.
