i still cant pick up alien sample or carry

i dont know what lvl i am on but just killed the queen and i cant interact with anything

If it's the first queen you kill, you can't take the sample until the in-game dialogue that tells you to collect it triggers.

So follow the existing objectives, then it'll tell you when to grab it.

but its ok now i restarted the lvl after the patch should of never happen in the first place
