game asking me to rescue civilian from cocoon, I check walkthrough, go to location and...I already gone and freed him it seems.
Done it 14 or 15 times now, lost count. Never had that kind of problem.
I had a somewhat same thing happen on a later mission, freed a person on a wall and he just fell through the floor somewhat and could not be targeted anymore.
But thing is. The game engine does not like to be pushed to its limit. If you notice fps drops, then sometimes it is best to save and reload.
This is only the second mission, easy solution would be to restart campaign.
Also possible is to reset the second mission and just do that again.
My "standard" run at nightmare is:
1) Trig the runner bug
2) Go for cacoon guy
3) Go for C4 hostages room
4) Exfil everybody (This will unbug the hive due to the elevator effect)
5) Continue with the mission
If you can't bug the runner (Because is a specific thing) just do the same with tracker spam.
