Missing Queen on second run

I believe it was on Berkley’s Dock.
I triggered the queen by accident (wasn't ready for her at the time) and had to escape and extract.

Later I went back for this xeno tech. And found no queen where it was supposed to be.
Is it somewhere roaming the level? Or is it lost for good?
Any ideas?

I would like to know this as well. I didn't engage her though, the marines said "we don't have to fight it know" so I figured I could face her on another deployment and just left without awakening her. Subsequently I 100%'d the level, except it still says 0/1 xenotech collected and the Alien Queen is nowhere to be found in the hangar.

It could be a bug, but it could be related to infestation or doom clock.

Were you high infestation level when you went back, or was the doom clock initiated?

I left the mission and went back to kill her after Mines and she was still there.

I have this issue as well, once you trigger a Queen fight and leave, she despawns, which should not happen.

You ahve an ARC with you, use it,
lure her out and give her the good news.

Had this, too. Triggered her by accident, left, came back and gone she was. so i just complleted the mission with the originall squad.

Same issue. Restarted my campaign since it was early enough.

Then I only got 98% completion on the first map despite collecting everything lmao. Just can't win

its a known issue that the datapad at the entrance to the underground area doesn't get counted

I had 100% completion on the first go around (the one with the bugged queen)

Well considering it bugged out for me I just dropped the notion of trying to get the achievement of all datapads in a run

For anyone with an issue of missing queen on mission 2, Berkley's Dock.
Just replace the map-file with my uploaded one from folder 2.15 on Nexusmods.

It is in a state where the next step is to enter Hangar C and face the queen.

2 years later, same issue (just on dead hills), still not resolved! And theres a ton of same or simliar threads. Did the Devs get lost on the hills of the dead? Nice game, -rep
(and btw cool that someone made the effort to upload a map-file, but i just want to play the game without bugs that get me stuck on the first level already, making it impossible for me to progress any further, WTF?!
