Find Cooper's private log bugged?

So I have progressed back onto Pioneer Station and found Cooper's body and it says to search for his private log. I can see the datapad symbol on the map in the room to collect it (right by a supplier container). I have collected the supplies (in fact I've completed the whole mission) but I can see the log / datapad to collect on the floor. Even using the light to try to highlight items nothing shows up. I can walk a Marine right onto the spot (it's where the alien cocoon material starts to replace the normal floor / walls but there is nothing to collect and thus I can't complete he side mission. I have saved (rested) and reloaded but no change it shows up shows the search area but there is nothing to collect. Anyone else had this issue?

I've even redeployed as it's the only thing left to do and when I go back in I can see the data pad on the floor but I can't pick it up it does not highlight and there is no glow (green or yellow) it's just grey. Looks like somewhere it must think I've picked it up when I have not or there is a trigger to allow it to be piked up after you find Coopers body which is not firing correctly.

Same problem here. Tried everythingm reload restart the game etc. I see it but it s non interactable.

I have the same problem. But before the update today it works.

When did you last play this mission? Was it after the patch?

Same issue here. I even have the icon on the map, but there's nothing there.
First attempt came with a memory leak right as the datapad was supposed to spawn in, not sure if related to the datapad or some other issue though, couldn't re-create it.

This is post-patch, as i ignored this side-mission the first time i went through the station.

I think you're mistaking the log?

Looking for "Coopers Private log" on the map screen a log data pad shows right next to a supply crate, but there is nothing there to interact with, watching a play though on youtube from a week ago I can see it there.

Having this same issue. Deployed into this mission post patch and just getting to the room for the first time. I see the icon on the map but no log or body in the room.

Unless I'm thinking of a different section, the body is outside the room, the datapad is in the room but nowhere near the marker. It's over against one of the walls.

I think this last patch broke something about the datapads in the area. I'm having the same issue with coopers datapad. It's showing the location on the map, but not letting me pick it up. I also noticed the rest of the datapads on the command level don't give the prompt to read them when picked up.
