Any Tips for the Pioneer Station Queen Fight?
Between her, the synths, and the facehuggers, it is a lot to deal with.

Suppressing fire on her while two marines put down sentries. Also put flames where she's going to walk. Just keep moving after the to avoid the synths while focusing the queen.

You can flame in front of the synths too, and they'll definitely die because they're very slow.

Fire and suppressing fire is the key to beating queens, imo.

Does suppressing fire stack or is it better to just use one marine to suppress?

I did it on nightmare by using suppresion fire right away on synth and putting 3 centries right after that, the centries will open fire by around when the synth come at melee, I blasted all or at least most of the facehuggers with a grenade and then made my marines go around the upper left to avoid the synth coming into them in melee. When the centries cover you it becomes very easy even on nightmare difficulty

Flamethower hard-counters facehuggers and sentries/rocketlauncher counters Queen.

Surround yourself with fire and just shoot a grenade at her everytime she wants to charge. Even better if you have RPG's.
Synths wont walk through the fire if you leave a gap, they'll happily walk around the entire boss arena just to avoid touching fire, same applies to the queen

The exploding barrels do help too (can kill most of the synths with them, far as I remember (at least those that come from the right side)).
Have some tools at hand (exchange for 2 command points if needed).
Put up turrets as soon as you enter (If you barrelkill or supress the first Synthwave (hehe) from the right (?) you have enough time to place one or more .

On nightmare I dropped 1 turret at the start, grenade face huggers, shoot two barrels on synths spawning right side (that was all one action on the first pause) whilst moving backwards, queen went for turret, drop another turret , keep going back then drop 2 more, clear out whatevers close, then retreat to cover, focus on queen, take out synths after :)

I did die the first time I did this one, but succeeded on the second try. Basically, use fire and grenades to kill the facehuggers ASAP, or at least block off the initial path to you, then leg it around the side faster than the Synths can catch up to you. The Synths are slow so once the facehuggers are dead you can basically just kite the Queen around the room until she is dead.

You also have some barrels and such you can use to help kill the Synths.

I'm just glad I got prepared for this, I suppress the queen and face huggers with smart guns while I laid down 2 Sentries and flame the Queen and face huggers. The synths were slow so she and the face huggers was dead before I killed the last synths.

I love gunners and the smart gun.

This fight looks much tougher than it really is. It turned out to be easier than the first Queen fight in Mission 1 (I'm playing on Hard diff). Instead of standing ground I fought by moving around a lot.
1. You can easily kite the queen as you have a lot of space to move around. Just wait for her to start preparing for her charge and simply run to the side. If she catches any of your marines grenade her, this should give the marine enough time to stand up and not get destroyed.
2. Use the barrels. Start by blowing up the barrel to your right (next to the synths). Later just run past a barrel and then blow it up. The queen and synths will follow you and move through fire and burn.
3. Granade the facehuggers.
4. You can outrun the synths most of the time.
5, Setting up a sentry gun takes time so either do it immediately at the beginning of the fight or don't bother (I didn't).
6. If you have a gunner remember to focus fire on a single target to get +10 accuracy

Flame wall, it will catch the facehuggers.
Turrets, one each side for synths, rest in front for queen, tear 'em down and redeploy for synths if you need them.
If they're too close for flamer, shotgun and lots of it. Trade a tool in for more of them and hope your vengeance meter is full.
By this point you should have so much firepower it's actually harder to lose the fight than win it.

Now that I think about I think I already got Heavy Pulse rifles already for this so it may have made the fight easier.

How do you manage to get your marines leveled up so quickly? (Mine usually need to get patched up and/ or hand around with the shrink for days, so I have to change to the B-team (or C...) constantly).

move in a clockwise circle around the map (away from the first group of synths.) there's fire barrels n oil patches that you get to use.

you just need to use the occasional basic grenade to stun the queen. You can just do it with basic rifles and no rpg.

I beat the Pioneer queen fight, flawlessly. No damage and even somehow avoided a hunt by being able to save right after. Thanks for the tips, everyone.
