Am I the only one not hearing the motion tracker "pulse" effect?

In the movie, the motion tracker has two audio sounds. The one we know works in-game, the scary sound for when something is found. But the other sound is a constant pulse, or blip, and I was disappointed to see that part not included as it adds a ton of atmosphere.

But then on mission 3 in the basement it played for me in one area right before you start looking for containers, the SFX synced with the white expanding circle in the motion tracker like it does in the movie.

Am I the only one that can't hear it or is this just another bug hunt?

no I hear the pulse as well. I haven't tested it, but I think the pulse sound plays only when you viewing your squad - I think - I didn't put too much mind to it, but I like that it's there.
