Atmospheric processor scientist location?

Did the entire mission for atmospheric processing and found both the worker and the soldier (shot the soldier based on evidence) but I literally cannot find the biologist that people keep mentioning, I checked the north building that leads into the xeno chase into the elevator but I didn't find anything based on what people were saying.

Is she on the second level?

I had trouble finding people in this level as well. The people you have to find are all top-side as far as I recall, but they are behind welded doors (orange doors on the map).

They are all accessible before you go into the processor building itself, I believe.

I think that the biologist is in the top-center building on that level? But I could be wrong.

Weird I went back and discovered a room that I can blow open in the middle left building but I guess because I already completed the mission by killing the queen she died, now all I get is the bugged out completion of the quest, I think ill just leave it uncompleted in that case.

It's possible the game bugged out in that case, and that's unfortunate to hear.

But yeah, they were all in welded rooms. I actually missed two of them my first time through because I thought "Orange door" = can't get through without hacking or special terminals a lot up until that point. Turns out, sometimes they are just welded.
