I have the same problem with my amd processor, it is imperative to limit the fps otherwise the cpu does not stop overheating. I do it with msi afterburner, it limits overheating. During the mission avoid zooming out as much as possible, the more your camera is distant, the more your cpu will make calculations and therefore will heat up.
It might be a driver issue?
Yes that's what I thought. I updated drivers, and it happened still. Maybe I need to wait for new drivers.
Thanks for all answers, but i refunded the game. I'll try it some time later when it's been patched some more.
Which is kinda ironic since they got some partnership bs going on with AMD hence why we got FSR but not DLSS support. Iirc*
Not that it would be needed.
This problem was solved after much troubleshooting. Turns out the PSU was faulty and gave out whenever the GPU spiked. This happened during the
in game cut-scenes for whatever reason.
Replaced PSU and rebought the game, finished with no crashes. Marvelous game :)
