How to quietly deal with facehuggers?

Is there a silent way to deal with facehugger eggs?
Silenced sniping them still instantly wakes up the other eggs, and on some locations there's so many eggs clustered that sniping them would take forever anyway.

So far these have been an absolute pain in my butt, without trying to spoil too much, the building I'm in now has 3 rooms with 3 fields of eggs each, I want to loot it but that means clearing the eggs.

ive seen streamers use a silent grenade to deal with them

Sadly no, but hte best way to deal with them is grenades flamethrowers and mines. noise is a sad requirement to deal with htem.

Well yea, if I wanted to kill them and didn't mind getting alerted I'd just dump 3 command points and have all 3 fields naded, but that doesn't help much lol.

I mean like, they give us so many tools to be silent, so I figured I'm just missing the tool or mechanic to deal with them quietly.

Well yea, if I wanted to kill them and didn't mind getting alerted I'd just dump 3 command points and have all 3 fields naded, but that doesn't help much lol.

no way to deal with them quietly, that is just the nature of the egg wipe bits you have to go loud.

IT is something to work around if you know you are going to run into them, I recomend planting mines and turrets to protect you while you do so, as to allow for quick mop up of the hunt when it comes and move forward.

I see, I guess it makes sense to have 1 enemy that you simply can't bypass with stealth.

Yes, more then once drawn a patrol to myself trying to burn something...

There's a silent grenade?

If there are no patrolling aliens within 60 meters (motion detector range on the minimap) then you can safely and quickly grenade the eggs before they detect you. It really helps if you have the space bar set to pause and not just slow down time.
