How many times did you deploy. Operation Dead hills.

I'm trying to gauge how many "times" others sent a deployment to Dead Hills and you completed the mission fully. I sent 4 Missions and got everything and got to queen. The Infestation timer moved 5 times to Level 2 on day 7. As i had some f'd up marines that took a couple days to heal. I'm curious about some of your playthroughs.

Would've been 2 on hard, but forgot the queen sample (and was about out of ammo and being swarmed anyway,) so 3

On the second deployment currently, Day 3 (Day 2 I gave up my deployment for an event to pick up another Doctor). Playing straight Medium. Done 10 or 11 out of 14 and 12 out of 19 datapads.

Two deployments on normal, but I wasn't paying attention and actually rested a day longer than I should have which I wasn't too upset about because that extra day allowed me to deploy the same squad for both parts of the mission which made that second mission very smooth. Day 5 with infestation on the last notch of level 1 is where I started Berkeley Docks but I can't finish that mission without the game crashing so I am stuck there until that Access error is hotpatched.

I didn't know I can repeatedly redeploy so my first squad got a lot of PTSD before I left after looting most of the map. The planet gets more infested so more aliens will show up if you take your time.

Nightmare difficulty, spent only 2 deployments total on first mission. Got all datapads. All marines survived albeit with bruises, as screwing up on here meant that I lost all 4 of them. lol Make sure that you use the APC as free turret emplacement. Lure xenos to it if necessary using overloaded scanners.

Medium, I played way too safe and did 4 Deployments and ended up with Infestation lvl 2

i set up many Motion detectors, but never used the overload feature.

I have also noticed the motio trackers only work on the level they are planted on. So if you plant one on the second floor, they will not track what is on the first floor.

2 / 3 on custom normal (doom timer easy), got 96%, didn't bother with some datapads

I did 5 deployments so far. Only 80% through deadhills. Playing on hard difficulty.

Hard Difficulty and ive rested twice and i am still fighting for my life. Havent gone back to HQ but I got one wounded Marine and im carrying him and im trying to Exfil but my ammo is low and I dont think im gonna make it guys!

This is my first strategy game so I'm playing on Medium I only ended up deploying 2 times to finish the mission. Although I died many times like I've lost count of times but hey maybe the restarts was a good thing cause I lost a few Marines but after getting completely wiped out a few times I managed to get all 8 out alive. So here I am as noob with 4.4 hours of gameplay finally finishing the first mission while missing a few Datapads. Really enjoying the game just taking a while to get used to it and even though I keep dying I'm enjoying it

Six Because the mines took me 3 deployments to clear it. (Hard) Only lost 1 marine though during the entire mission RIP.
