Weak!
Not in life, we haven't got any good RTS games since like a decade by now, good they're finaly coming back.
They did mention persistent campaign and character specialisations so I guess unit persistence is a thing. In general the game's description makes it sound a whole lot like XCOM which was *about* persistence so here's hoping.
Isolation was SP and it came out great.
The developers don't seem to have a forum presence though so I doubt we will ever know.
