Game not launching
Hello, I've bought the game a few days ago. So every time I hit play steam will say it's running then change back as the game is not running. No pop-up or crash message at all. The game can't be launch at all. I've tried all I could but I have no clue why I can't launch the game at all. Here is my system info:

It's problem on new Intel processor, devs need to update to Unreal Engine 4.22 or later (Azur Lane crosswave use 4.21)

If you're asking on how to open the cmd with administrator, there should be plenty of videos on youtube. Below are the links:
Link for Windows 10:
https://youtu.be/uE9WgNr3OjM
Link for Windows 11:
https://youtu.be/2T9uwdMS6-Q

After open it just copy and paste the following:
setx OPENSSL_ia32cap ~0x20000000

Restart your PC then. If unfortunately this does not solve your problem, then I'm afraid I can't help you any further and you should try to submit a ticket to support team.
