We apologize for this inconvenience. If Azur Lane: Crosswave currently does not support your monitor resolution in Fullscreen/Borderless, please try setting the game resolution to 1920x1080p. This has resolved the issue for some users.
We will look into the possibility of improving resolution displays and resolving this display error. Thank you for your patience!
Many games use borders to compress the image to 16:9 even if the display is set to 16:10 to avoid such issues. That would also prevent image stretching if the game is not made to adapt to different aspect ratios.
Please kindly give us an update for this problem, thanks.
I really hope you guys do, check UI bugs too...
Right click game title, select Properties, click Set Launch Options button, enter:
-screen-width 2560 -screen-height 1440
Change those two resolutions numbers for your monitor like 1920 x 1080 or whatever you need to get the 16:9 ratio.
Fix it soon!
Seconded.
Also curious to know if all the text issues will be addressed?
This option does NOT work for 16:10 fullscreen/bordeless mode. The game is setting desktop resolution, however It seems like there is a bug in recognizing this mode, so game can't nor scale ui properly, neither detect and allow to change the current resolution. The fix should not be a problem at all...
